　　李志延酒评：这款酒香料气息浓郁，李子果味成熟，口感细腻、饱满却不厚重。尝来圆润、华美而温和，酒体份量毫无所觉，滋味浓稠且颇具深度，单宁处理得宜，余味持久。酒精度13.4%，未采用放血法，果实采收时间为9月中旬至10月初，调配中含有75%赤霞珠和24%梅洛。
　　Tasting Note: An exuberance of spices and plummy ripe fruit. The wine is detailed and rich but without heaviness. A round, plush Cos without weight and excess and a gentle mouthfeel. There is nice density and depth and the tannins are well managed. Long length. 13.4% alcohol. No saignee. Harvest was from mid September to early October. 75% Cabernet in this blend; 24% Merlot.
